Cook from Frozen
- Pre heat 1 quart of water to boiling in an 8 quart, 9” diameter steamer pan.
- Place frozen Bao into a lightly oiled 9” steamer insert, place in steamer pan and cover.
- Steam, covered, over boiling water for 15 minutes.
Cook to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F
