Breaded Duck Tenders


These delicious Breaded Ground Duck Tenders are chopped and specially shaped using ground duck. Coated in a delectable crunchy breading, they come ready to cook and bake or deep fry in minutes! They are the perfect added crunch for salads & wraps and as a stand-alone appetizer paired with your favorite dipping sauce! This makes getting creative in the kitchen with duck meat easy! Add it to an array of recipes and if you want a little extra crunch, put it in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes after cooking and enjoy!

  • Batter:  Wheat Flour, Pea Starch, Salt, Wheat Gluten, dextrose, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Leavening (Sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), Spice, extractives of Paprika, spice extractives (Including extractive of celery seed)), Soybean Oil.


Cooking Instructions:  Convection Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Arrange product in a single layer on a sheet pan.
  3. Place in oven and bake in oven at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.  
  4. Remove pan from oven and serve. 

Cooking Instructions:  Deep Fry

  1. Heat Deep Fryer to 350 degrees F
  2. Fry small batches of Duck Tenders at 350 degrees F for 4 minutes.
  3. Do not overload your Deep Fryer.
  4. Remove Tenders from fryer and onto a wire rack to drain any excess oil.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F when cooked.
