Rotisserie Half is a USDA Grade A duck that is split in half, rubbed with our chef's blend of seasonings and roasted to perfection. This entree will be the star of the meal. Just heat and serve for a delicious change of pace.   (2) Rotisserie Half Ducks - Partially Boned

INGREDIENTS:  Duck, water, sodium lactate, contains 2% or less of maltodextrin, salt, sodium phosphates, sugar, modified food starch, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated bell peppers, yeast extract, spices, onion powder, lemon juice powder (corn syrup solids, lemon juice solids, lemon oil), natural smoke flavor, beta carotene (vitamin A), spice extractives, citric acid, soybean oil, natural flavor.

Shelf Life:  1 Years Frozen

Cooking Instructions


Conventional Oven

  1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  3. Remove from bag and place in shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake 25 minutes.


Grill

  1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on rack and heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
