Cooking Directions: Cooking Instructions: Defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Sauté skin side down over medium low heat for 5-7 minutes. Place in 350 degree F Pre-heated conventional oven and bake for 6-10 minutes or until portion reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
