The North African Duck Tenders are a raw product. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, sauté on the oven for 8-10 minutes on medium heat. You can use a tablespoon of olive oil to ensure they do not stick to the pan. Duck Tenders should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. These Duck Tenders will cook up in no time!
