Our fully cooked, gourmet Roast Half Duck with Orange Sauce makes serving duck practically effortless. Serve as a beautiful entrée or off the bone for sandwiches, salads, pizza, nachos, or a stellar duck taco. The possibilities are limitless! Just heat and Serve.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Heating Instructions: 

If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.

Conventional Oven: If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from bag and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 

Grill: Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on rack and heat for 10 minutes. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until heated thoroughly. 

Air-fryer: If frozen, defrost overnight. Pre-heat air-fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Separate half duck into two portions. Arrange portions on tray so they do not overlap. Air-fry for 12 minutes. Carefully remove product and allow to rest 1-2 minutes before serving
